Virtual Meeting Tomorrow June 1 at 12 Noon
Our speakers will be:  Mark Seckinger, President OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital and Rhonda Dixon, Chief Nursing Officer, OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital.  Topic:“Is it Safe To Go Back to the Hospital for Care?”
The virtual meeting will be hosted again by President Elect, Sheila Mark Note the meeting will begin at 12 Noon.  We will adjourn at 1 PM, but are able to carry the meeting longer for anyone who wishes to stay on to chat.
To join the meeting, click on the URL in your invitation email.  If this is your first Zoom meeting, you will be prompted to download the Zoom software (if you have not already done so).  It is recommended that you start your sign-in about  5-10 minutes before the meeting.  Note:  Should you unexpectedly get cut-off from the meeting, whether because of poor internet connection or because unexpected Zoom behavior, simply re-join the meeting as you did at the start.
For first timers, Marcia Chadly has a great video on You Tube showing you how to use Zoom: .  You might want to watch this before Monday and try a Zoom meeting with friends or family.
Note:  A copy of the invitation is not included in this story (as has been done in the past) to make our meetings more secure.  Therefore, you must go to your invitation email and click on the URL to join the meeting.  Feel free to forward your invitation-email to family members, friends or colleagues that you would like to invite to join us.
See you all on Monday at 12:00 Noon and Have your Happy Bucks ready!!
Thirty Rotary Face Masks have been Ordered
President Elect Sheila Mark reports that she ordered 30 Rotary Face Masks (see Rotary-Mask-Sale brochure) and they should arrive in about a week.  They are $10 each, and the membership will be notified when they arrive.  Members can then purchase individual masks (and will not have to buy a whole package of 10 as stated in the brochure).
Rotarians Work at Camp Rotan
Rotarians made a big dent in the Autumn Olive Grove at Camp Rotan. These invasive plants are very aggressive and choke out native plants. Cutting them does not suffice, as they are extremely proficient at resprouting. We had to dig them out😅. Thanks to Mayor Steve Patterson, Mike Noel, Alan Boyd, Diane McVey with her husband & son, Tara Gilts with her son, John Miller, Shane Jarrett with his wife & 2 children, Jeanne Heaton, and Sheila Mark with her husband. We had perfect weather and saw some spectacular wild flowers and ferns, along with some other flora & fauna.  See the photos in the photo journal.
